The guy simply broke the lock of my door with a screwdriver and a hammer, hit it until it broke, just opened the door and charged an absurd amount. The other time when the key got stuck in the door, this same guy charged 40 reais to take out the key and fix the door, this time he asked for 90 reais, it was 21:30 and I thought it was too expensive, I went to look for other locksmiths, unfortunately, I didn't find any, when I returned to the locksmith 'Mundo das Chaves' 10 minutes later, he to do the service for $90.00 he realized that he was the only one available and raised the service price to 120 reais, he arrived at my house in a black Civic making exaggerated maneuvers with the car and left beer bottles thrown in my establishment, he broke my lock with a hammer and screwdriver and didn't fix it, charged me 120 reais just to break my door and didn't repair it, I didn't break the door to call a locksmith to fix it, I called 'Mundo das Chaves' thinking it would be trustworthy, the guy took advantage of the situation and was unprofessional for not satisfying the customer by fixing the problem, because if it was to break, my neighbor said he could open it by breaking the lock like the guy did, I refused my neighbor's help because I wanted the problem fixed, which was the same problem he had fixed before, he fixed it the other time for 40 and this time he charged 120 just to destroy the lock.
